Shichirida Onsen

Oita · 七里田温泉

Shichirida Onsen is a hot spring town in Oita, Japan. The water leaves the ground at 56°C, hot. It measures pH 6.8 — close to neutral. Officially the water is classed as bicarbonate spring and sulfate spring. Its sources put out around 200 litres a minute.

Clear water with a faintly bitter taste. Known for holding heat.
