Tokachidake Onsen
Tokachidake Onsen is a hot spring town in Hokkaido, Japan. The water leaves the ground at 29–53°C, hot. It measures pH 2.4 — strongly acidic, the kind that stings on a cut. Officially the water is classed as sulfate spring, iron spring and acidic spring. 3 inns take visitors here.

Iron spring
Turns reddish brown as the iron meets air. The water is clear at the source.
